Aidil’s interests lie in technology management, digitalization, logistics, and supply chain management, particularly in how technology can improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organisational performance. His experience in engineering operations has further shaped his practical approach to technology, operations and logistics.

He is currently part of Sunway Business School and is pursuing his PhD in Management at Universiti Putra Malaysia. He also holds an MBA from Universiti Teknologi MARA and is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Malaysia (MILT).
