Biography

Dr. Thinesh Thambusamy is an experienced academic leader and management educator with over 20 years of professional experience spanning higher education, academic leadership, and the education industry. He has extensive expertise in MBA programme management, curriculum development, quality assurance, accreditation, transnational education (TNE), and online learning.

He has held leadership positions including Programme Lead and Acting Dean, contributing to postgraduate education, strategic academic management, and international collaborative partnerships. His experience also includes MQA accreditation, Moodle-based learning, external examining, and offshore programme delivery.

In recognition of his professional achievements and contributions to higher education, Dr. Thinesh was featured in Britishpedia's Successful People in Malaysia (4th Edition). He is committed to delivering industry-relevant management education and fostering academic excellence through innovative teaching, research, and leadership.
