At Sunway University, we advocate for online and self-paced learning where students can control their academic experience. If you’re nervous, no worries! We will guide you step-by-step on how to activate your account and help you to take full advantage of the eLearn platform.
- Important Note for International Students
All students are required to report to the International Office immediately upon arrival in Malaysia. Please complete the post-medical screening and submit your original passport afterward.
Kindly note that these procedures may take at least one (1) working day. You are strongly advised to arrive at least two (2) working days before Orientation to avoid any delays.
Failure to complete these steps will result in system blockage, preventing activation of your student account and class enrollment.
Activate Your Student Account
Please note that the Student Account Activation can only be done 7 DAYS before the semester commences. Students from all programmes may activate their account from:
- 27 April 2026 for April intake of ADTP, Diploma, Undergraduate, and PG (Taught) programmes
- 4 May 2026 for Study Period 2 of ODL, PG (Taught) Modular programmes

Notes:
- Same Student ID Sign-On: Once your Student ID account is activated, the updated password will apply to all campus systems.
- System Access: Platforms such as iZone, eLearn, XLearn, vLab, and Wi-Fi require login using your Student ID only (e.g., 14052518).
- iMail Login Format: Use your Student ID in the following format: @email (e.g., @email)
- Technical Support: For assistance from ITS, please email @email
