黑料社has been partnering with Lancaster University, UK, since 2005. Through this partnership students studying for many 黑料社degrees can also qualify for a degree from Lancaster, which is rated as a top ten university in the UK (The Complete University Guide, UK). This special and very close partnership gives students in Malaysia the opportunity to acquire a degree from one of Malaysia鈥檚 leading universities and from an outstanding UK university at the same time.
黑料社has been proud to partner with such a distinguished international university over a such a long period, and the partnership continues to go from strength to strength with strong links both in teaching and research.
I am delighted to share a personal message from the Lancaster Vice-Chancellor for all of our students enrolled for the Sunway and Lancaster awards.
Professor Steve Decent
Vice-Chancellor
Lancaster University
I am delighted that we are celebrating twenty years of partnership with Sunway University. The partnership is the largest of its kind between a UK and Malaysian University, supporting over 7,000 students across 31 higher education programmes.
The Sunway鈥揕ancaster partnership has grown and matured throughout these two decades. We now offer joint programmes enabling two-degree certification in both countries, study abroad experiences, and industry-linked projects and practical placements that employers value.
The partnership also brings together academic colleagues from the UK and Malaysia to engage in research to tackle international challenges. Our joint Future Cities Research Institute sits at the heart of this collaboration, bringing together engineering, planning, data science, architecture and social sciences to address urban development challenges.
Lancaster University is committed to making a positive difference to students and society across our campuses and partnerships. I am proud of what this partnership has already achieved and of the graduates it has produced, and I look forward to expanding collaboration across our universities.
